Petal Skirt

The petal skirt is a full tulle skirt lined with a tricot underskirt. The skirt has an assortment of flower petals floating lose in the tulle layers. The waistband is trimmed in a bridal satin ribbon, with elastic sewn in for additional stretch. The skirt measures 13" long.
